Well it's time for me to eat some of my words because today my 8x10 did arrive! It was mailed March 30th. If I had only known! My apologies. OMG radio, you are the very 1st person here to actually get one of these pics. I can hardly believe it. Finally someone actually gets one of the autographed 8X10 photos from fye. God must be smiling on you or something. Congratulations!  At least we know they mailed out one.  Sharon |

Like I said if I'd only known it was more like 8 weeks rather than 2-3 then we all would've been a lot more patient.

I am so sad. I just ran down to check my mail and I didn't get one.
I am on the West Coast so maybe it is just taking a few extra days.

I haven't received my 8x10 either.
And Another issue, has anyone received merchandise ordered from fanfire(Thru Lovehammers website)? I ordered one of everything THE VERY DAY the merchandise went up and I haven' t received anything yet, its been like 2 months!
I am upset because the Lovehammers are the ones being hurt by this because they make it very simple for you to cancel your order. If it were for anything other than the Lovehammers I would have cancelled by now. Has anyone received their merch?

Liz, I do believe I read Dino is looking into the LH merchandise issue, but I'm not 100% on that.

I received my 8x10 pic today from FYE, finally. It's postmarked Mar. 30 from Albany, NY so hopefully the rest of you will be getting yours soon.  |

Liz, I do believe I read Dino is looking into the LH merchandise issue, but I'm not 100% on that. I read that too. He was definitely upset about it and looking into it. |

Here's what I posted last week at LH.com: I didn't know Dino was looking into this, so I just called them this morning. Apparently, they have switched to a new computer system and all our orders are in the old one, which is telling them that they are out of stock on these items. They have to input our orders from the old system to the new one, because they do in fact have them in stock. (I know you probably couldn't care less about all this, but if I had to listen to this crap for twenty mintues, I'm taking you all down with me.) Anyway, the customer service rep that I talked to put my order through herself, so I should be getting mine soon. She said to tell all of you to call them and they will get your orders through. Here's the number: 1-800-767-7160 - and be sure to have your order number ready. |

after i received a response from them telling me they we all gone.....

I got mine today! It even came in a bubble envelope with a piece of cardboard in it to keep it from getting bent up! It looks gorgeous! Do you think my husband will mind when he sees it framed and hanging up? I'll be sure not to hang it in the bedroom! lol

I am very happy for all of you!! I guess all of our complaints finally kicked somebody in the butt. I still find it strange that the photos show up AFTER we were told there were no more.
I am still hopeful about receiving one, but I ordered mine a few weeks after most of you so they may have REALLY been out of them by then.
