Just checked my mail box and I still didn't get my pic. I thought I was done chasing around our poor mailman but now I am gonna be looking for him every day this week.
Hope I didn't order too late.

I ordered mine direct from Epic and it said they didn't have any autographed pics - I didn't know about FYE at the time. I could always use another copy. Will watch this thread to see if most of you get it and then if they're still advertising the pics, I'll order. Yay for those who have em.  |

YES!!!!! So happy for you chitowngirl  Val - you may want to hold off. Just this weekend we were being told that they no longer had the 8x10 (even thought it is up at the site). I would check with them for yourself just in case. A lot of us ordered in Jan/Feb. |

Yeah, I ordered mine in January, three days after the CD was released. That's funny that they've told us that they don't have any more, but they still have it on their website. Funny, but not the "ha, ha" kind of funny.

That is why I don't feel bad about having complained. I will, however, notify the bbb to stop investigating my complaint. |

It's been said that FYE customer service has said they don't have them anymore even thought the web site isn't updated.... which is crap!! |

I hope you get one!!! I started firing off emails to their customer service right away. I was first trying to find out if they still really had them before I ordered it. Couldn't get an answer, so I took a chance and ordered any ways. Then still questioned where it was. I really hope that they didn't just respond to the complainers (people that took matters into their own hands understandably!!). Cause that's really unfair to the people that just waited very patiently |

They answered the first one saying - They were sorry and they'd re-send it asap.
They answered the second one saying - Sorry we're all out.
