Ok, it's really only 1 reason, but look at the dumb a** response they sent me. I just finished filing my BBB complaint.

These promotional photos were offered "while supplies last". We do not know why you would not receive one, but your friend would.

We shouldn't't be advertising this promotion on our site. If it is still being advertised, we will be sure to remove it immediately.

I have no idea why you didn't get yours, 4reeds. You ordered 2 days after I did and I got mine. That sucks!
