I am scheduled to work in LA that week. So i am definitely planning on going to this show. The venue is really cool. Small but cool!!!

I am so excited!!! Tonight is the show... but, I still don't know what to wear. I want to play dress up, but not be over dressed. Still, I never really get to go out and I am always in 'Mommy wear'... is it so bad to want to dress like a woman for once and not a 'Mom'? LOL

OK - so I went to the show last night with my long time Marty gals Jodie and Kimberly
I was excited to see them and eager to see the show but a little skeptical.
However, the show was great - Marty is a great fit with the band, they look like they're having fun and they put on a hell of a show!
The set list was pretty much the same but the stand outs for me were
Jayne (OK - so this is the only LA Guns Song I really knew)
This Town (Best fricking party song ever!)
Can't Always Get What You Want (they did a killer job!)
They played a funked up version of Trees, and Marty left the stage while Jeremy sang STFU
All in all - it was an amazing high energy show and I was nicely surprised!

OMG!!!! I had such a blast last night. I enjoyed all the bands that played, but LA Guns was on fire. Marty gave a awesome performance as always... but as a whole the band seemed to play well off of one another's energy. It was great The venue was very small, and I was at the front of the stage... I also have to give props to the fans that were at the show. They were all friendly and considerate. Never got pushed, bumped, or had a drink dropped on me the entire time. Yes!! The night was so much fun! Marty and L.A. Guns put on a fun, super high-energy show. Marty's energy is incredibly infectious. Tracii is great with the guitar.
The venue was small (and so was the stage)....but the atmosphere was really cool. Dark, dimly lit, couches.....it was rather elegant for a rock 'n roll show!
It was fun seeing familiar faces. Jodi -- great pics! BTW, I have that same T-shirt and ALMOST wore it....lol!

Jodie, so good to hear from you again! I wish I lived closer to your venue show, It must of had better sound then the N. Ca one I went to. great pics too....keep posting here don't be such a stanger! we miss you!
