I know you've spent a lot of time lately writing and recording new material. And working on the songs for the tour.

But what other music are you listening to (not counting your tour mates) when you need a change of pace or during the long bus rides?

When I get ready for the shows every night I play some of the songs off my I-Pod and jam them really loud. It gets the wheels turning and puts you in the vibe for the high energy. Lately I have been choosing classic rock n roll tunes. Lots of Van Halen II, early Bon Scott AC/DC, Buckcherry, some Brides of Destruction and the Verve. I like jumping around the bus and then right before the show I get a few minutes to myself, the calm before the storm. Just a little time to get focused.
