Hello Marty, Thank you for taking time for your fans here on the board, at your concerts and wherever else you might come across one. The time spent is greatly loved and appreciated! My question is, How do you keep track of time, being in so many different time zones so quickly between all the different gigs? See you in Houston, 29 days and counting... Rachael

The only time I need to know is the time we are hitting the stage. I need 2 hours of preparation and that is what my entire day is built around. I sleep really well when the bus is moving and my body has been demanding about 9 or 10 hours of sleep to rest my bones. It has been an overwhelming amount of work to keep the shows high throttle. No matter how tired I am during the day, when we go on stage I feel that energy coming off the crowd and I just feel ready to go. I am working in an effort to do some sort of Iron Man type half marathon event in the fall. With all of this cardio on stage I think I might be able to pull it off. Just want to be able to say that I did it once in my life. Why not! Working out and jamming at the shows is also the best way to keep m mind focused on the gig. When there is too much downtime I get really homesick so I try to stay moving!
