I don't know why, but I thought of this word while watching a couple of videos of your performances with LA Guns. And I found this definition. An experience of emotional release and purification, often inspired by or through art. ... the release of tension and anxiety that results from bringing repressed feelings and memories into consciousness. ... The purging of the emotions or relieving of emotional tensions, esp. through certain kinds of art, as tragedy or music.
You seem to let so much of yourself go on stage - would you consider your performances as being cathartic sometimes? Hugs, Lyn

I am never more content than the hour or so I get to release on stage. I liked your quote because it gives me a reasoning to why it feels so good. I think it is similar to when you are having a bad day and someone lets you talk about it. You always feel better after just simply releasing the words and letting your brain breath. This also goes for good days. It's nice to tell someone about it cause it brings out more of the happiness of the experience.
Whether it be in front of a few hundred people on stage or just chillin' and talking with your good friend it's always cool to have some connection thru conversation.
