Hey Marty!
I'm a 3rd grade reading and writing teacher. I try to instill a love of reading in my kids by immersing them in a variety of great literature, reading to them, and talking to them about myself as a reader, both now and as a child.
I love to read! Always have! Being the youngest of seven kids, I can remember reading from an early age with my siblings, going to the library with my mom, etc. I know you're an avid reader. My question is this: What are your earliest memories of reading as a kid? Did you have any favorite books? Was reading something you have been hooked on as a young boy? Guess that's three questions.
Anyway, thanks for taking the time to answer my questions.
