Marty injured at PA show - update

I wasn't at the show last night, but heard Marty injured himself. Seems his head met with Tracii's guitar while on stage.

Marty checked in with me today and said he is fine. He has 5 staples and the shows will go on.

I knew some of you were worried so I wanted to post an update here where it would be more visible.

Thanks, as always, Amy for keeping us in the know! I'm very glad to hear that he'll be fine. I always worry about injury to the eyes. It was so shocking to me mainly because I had just had the opportunity to see Marty the night before and I was on such a high from that.

The gash was on his forehead.....and it was very bloody.

Thank you so much Amy - it was pretty upsetting to witness front and center- In true performer fashion Marty didn’t skip a beat, he finished the song and they ended the set.

Candy? Yikes- some pain killers, that was a hard hit on the ole noggin. *shivers thinking about it*

The scar will be hidden by his hair, it hit the left side of his head

Five staples is quite a cut, perhaps warning signs would be appropriate if we get to see the injury

Seriously, just happy to hear that Marty is ok. Sounds like the patient is doing just fine. As far as the scars. I am with Palari true beauty is in the imperfections.
