I’m not seeing it in the top 100 singles. Is it just going to take the charts a day to catch up, or have we really not even made a dent? (I refuse to believe that the Nick Lachey song is doing better…)

I'm not seeing them at all in the top 100. Am I not looking in the right place or are the fans reporting here out of the US? Is there a difference of itunes in the different countries--for example itunes Canada? Just curious.

maybe my Music Store isn't updating??? The list has been the same for 24hrs. I'm really hoping it's just me and that Trees really is selling a lot today.

I'm not seeing it either. I am in USA. I wonder how others are seeing it in the top 100.

My Itunes is set up under Canada, and this is where I am seeing them in the Top 100 as #89, and #28 under the POP Genre (shouldn't it be ROCK?)

I guess it looks like there are 2 different charts between Canadian & U.S. I'm showing 85 on one and now #75 on the other (Canadian???). I think my PC is set for Canada and my laptop is from California so must be set for American!!

But we are on our way to the top!

I have just posted this at lh.com and I hope it helps. This has been confusing but here's my 2 cents worth. When you go into itunes, on the front page down at the bottom there is a place to change countries. My PC is set for Canada and my laptop is set for U.S.A. I downloaded today from the laptop which means it will show up on the USA charts. I was on the LT until about 1:00 pm and Trees showed up at #97 and 98 before that time.
Now as far as the Canadian charts on itunes it is really moving!! Under top 100 it is @ #72, on the pop charts it is now at #22 and the surprise was that under Top 100 albums it is at #21. I think Dino was looking to have it in the American charts today so I hope he's not too disappointed!! Tomorrow and for the rest of the week I will download every day on both settings.

Trees is #87 on the iTunes POP chart. Don't see it at all on the top 100. Sooo frustrating. I know we have all been downloading it like crazy. I did it 3 times yesterday, going back to do more now.

hey Rusalka, I noticed Trees finally appearing in pop charts too. Unbelievable that an 80s tune like I Melt With You by Modern English is in the top 100 and Trees is not. Something's up....

On the iTunes Music Store homepage, they had a 'Best of the 80s' playlist thing. That's why there were a bunch of 80s songs in the Top 100. A lot of people follow the banner links on the homepage to download.

With all that everybody has been doing, it’s still only #90 on the pop singles chart...below Toto, Norman Greenbaum, and the Spice Girls? WTF?

I don't know whats going on either. I'm reading post after post of people downloading multiple times-here & at lovehammers.com. Is it possible i-Tunesjust doesn't count it the same way if one person downloads repeatedly?? I don't know, just trying to figure out why it isn't climbing like it should be.
