New children's book released...

Alright... book #2 has just been released. And.... it is a children's book

When I first had my son, I didn't have a lot of time to go out and buy books or go to the library. Life was pretty hectic for a new Mom on a budget and with no transportation. Still, my son loved to hear stories... especially after a long day and a warm bath.

So, every time he asked me to 'tell him a story'... I dug deep into my mind and let the stories come out. Never one story the same, I would weave tales to him of far off places and characters that learned important values.

The book that I have released is a first in a series that I plan on doing. It is called 'Stinky The Garbage Truck'... and was created to teach children the importance of looking at a person's inner beauty.

In general, this book is one that means a lot to me... I am not asking for any royalties at all, but rather asking that anyone downloading it for FREE or purchasing a hard bound edition (at the publishers print cost) make a donation to the Children's Hospital Los Angeles directly at their website.

Story background....

The story is about a small town where only cars and trucks live. They all have very different personalities...

The main character 'Stinky' is a sweet and loving trash truck, that has dedicated his time to making the town spotless. Unfortunately, that means that he has also gotten a little bit more dirty in all of his hard work.

Some of the other cars in town,decide to not be so kind to him because he is covered in slime... they tease him and decided to just be mean. In the end, the cars come to realize that what 'Stinky' looks like in the outside doesn't matter. They learn that what is important is the caring and dedicated truck that he is.

Just to let everyone know... I was advised on a few typo's in the book. Bad editor... that would be me...LOL I went back and fixed them. The book is released again.
