It's been a very hectic last couple of months.
And it continues..........
I've spent the last two weeks furiously learning Kings songs and I am also taking some vocal lessons and polishing up my guitar skills.
Next week I and a few other members of our band will be playing with somewhat of a musical legend around thses parts.
Dave Daimond of the Kings.
Their most famous song is 'The beat goes on/Switchin to Glide"
Dave is a songwriter/performer and lives and grew up just down the street from a good friend of ours at work.
This is a private event and not being advertised. Just some family and friends. Should be a hundred or so..........
I'm really looking forward to this and getting to know Dave. It will be great to hear some of his stories and learn from him.
