Just something new...
Before I Fall
Before I fall into darkness,

I want to echo Keys comment!!! forgetting, forgiving, and moving on, each of themselves is difficult. Achieving all three is quite an accomplishment! Well done, Steph!!! And, as i read from the LH board, is congrats in order??

I wrote this well just a few moments ago. I've been in a slump for a while now and I sat down and opened a word document and these two things came out.
I miss you
I miss not being able to see you ever day
I miss the sound of your voice when you argue with me
I miss talking to you even if I pretended I didn’t
I miss you laughing at me when I screwed up
I miss you because you paid attention to me when others didn’t
I miss you because you were the constant spot in my life

What you don’t know about me
I cry when I watch Little Women
I hate to drive because it scares me
I’m afraid of loneliness yet I crave solitude because I’m too scared to be around people
I pray that people don’t look at me because I’m scared what they’ll see
I wish I had the companionship I did a year and a half ago, even though it wasn’t much
I want someone to tell me how beautiful I look even though I know I don’t look the best
I surround myself with my things because they make me smile
I wish I could tell you these things and more
But I just know you won’t understand how I feel because you’re not me

Thanks for sharing your two poems. They both have alot to say, When i read I Miss You, it made me remember how much i miss someone. Have you ever missed someone so much that was sitting right beside you?
What you Dont Know About Me - sometime peope just need someone to care and listen whether they can understand or not.

Thanks Star  Liz, I have missed someone who's sitting right next to you, or in the case refered to right in front of. Too true, sometimes people do need to just put everything aside and learn to listen. I learned that one a few years ago, sadly other members of my family can't which breaks my heart.
