Alright, give me a minute...I am writing this as I type.....
Permanent Damage
Permanent damage...No return.
For all life's damage,
What have I learned?
Wage war with all conflicts,
And take off my gloves.
Unless you are the one I am fighting,
Then I am forced to run.
That your value is important,
And I am the disgrace.
To pretend that your words do not hurt me,
Although you say them directly in my face.
To respect others and show unconditional love.
To offer what I was never shown...
That simple thing called love.
To say my prayers.
To tell no lies.
To say my life is easy...
I suppose that is as easy as selling the sky.
Permanent damage...No return.
You say that you do listen,
But that that my thoughts are not a concern.
How can you think I have so little worth,
When you are the one responsible for all that I have learned.

 A Gypsy's Heart _____________ Two pools of deep sea blue cast their bright light upon the landscape of green. Fingertips long and Lean grasped the skies of seafoam blue. Whispered tones flowed from the core of this soul and entered it's way into the universe of dreams. These whispers found their way into the delicate pink ears of a gypsy soul with emerald green eyes. This gave this soul flight and she began to dance with delight. The world around her swirled with the colors of peace and serenity.  Glad ya like my latest poem...thanks for the kind comments. I guess my style of poetry is sorta artist(painter) view point. I've noticed other poems i've done over the 10 years that i've writing poetry...that i tend to see the world in the atmospheric(sp?) way.  THE LOVE TREE The mystic dew fell upon the leaves of green and the sun kissed the sky. His long lean arms outstretched above his body as a inner harmony entered his soul. Thoughts of love filled his heart and found it's way to paper of neon blue. Eyes the color of a deep emerald caused a image in his mind. Her inner spirit seem to come into his waking mind and memories of her made his body weep with sadness and of love. He recalled the day she left this earth as if it were yesterday. He could feel the touch of her fingertips upon his hand. He almost turned around expecting to see her sitting right beside him. The details of her peaceful and loving spirit would forever be etched in his heart and mind. Great work sunflowergypsy!!! I had a huge change in project plan's...so I might have something to post by the end of the week. I miss the board...~sigh~ I should mention nothing "bad" in my plan...just learned how to convert my file from Mac to PC. Which is funny, since I had to convert the file from PC to Mac in the first place and that was a different process....  I will never understand why format is so important...Where is Cheza?...I hope she didn't here me.LOL |
