Hi Marty-
I was looking at YouTube music performances and came across a cover that Gilby Clarke did on MTV awhile back of 'Dead Flowers' by the Stones/'I used to Love Her' (GNR?)--it is a great arrangement and I could envision you singing it as a cover. My question is, if you decide that you would like to cover someone else's songs, do you have to get permission, and if so, from whom?
