I posted on the VH1 boards is that the best place to tell VH1 we love the videos and would like to see them on TV? If not can someone tell me how to get in touch with the powers that be? Sharon I was wondering that, too. Of course posting on the boards is what we need to be doing now, but I have the mailing address for VH1's music programmer and didn't know if was appropriate to write her or not. I don't want to make a wrong move. |

Whatever everybody is doing over on the VH1 site (playing the videos, posting to the message boards, etc.) seems to be working. The Lovehammers have moved up the VH1 charts from #28 on Friday to #13 this morning.

I just noticed that if I click on the link just to the right of Marty's picture at VH1 it will cycle through all three songs over and over. I'll see how long it'll keep doing that. I wonder if every time they play they count as a hit on the videos. I can just keep it playing and do other stuff. I'll let you know if it keeps playing through them. What do you all think do you think it counts each time if I let it keep running through them?

you have to turn your screen saver off to do that. Once the screensaver comes on, it pauses the vids. I am not sure if that counts as multiple hits or not so I usually close it out and restart it just in case.

The Lovehammers have made it back onto the main page at VH1 (www.vh1.com). I don’t think it was there yesterday. The “spotlight” photo now cycles through Hogan Knows Best, The Surreal Life...and then the Lovehammers!

We've got to keep clicking on those videos. Even if they won't open on your computer, click away! It still counts as a hit, right?

I just sent this email to three big email groups (200-300 members) I belong to: Hi, all! I know some of you watched Rockstar: INXS last summer. VH1 has some online music videos of Marty with his band, Lovehammers. You can hear three songs performed live at VH1. The songs are great. If you're interested, give them a listen. This is how the guys at VH1 describe it: "The Rock Star runner-up's passionate delivery is reminiscent of Kurt Cobain. He's got a red hot band, too. Watch!" I just realized that you can see them full screen by clicking screen size buttons to the right all the way. I was so happy I was only seeing them on the small box, I am so dumb sometimes any one else?
