HH, sorry about your T60 board losing all the content. I know you put a lot of effort into your contributions to that board. Having been a part of some Who fan boards that experienced similar things, I really feel for you. It's discouraging, and even makes board members want to leave. This is why my friend Roberta and I had stepped in to save the LH.com board a couple years ago when the guy who created it was going to sell it to someone outside the fan base, who would have used it as an advertising revenue source, and the band may never have been able to get the board from that person. I felt strongly enough about the importance of making sure all the previous content was saved and that the board would be available for the band, that Roberta and I put up our own money to save that board for them. We came through for them in their hour of need, and saved all the board content, so it was still there for them when we gave them control of it earlier this year. Helping friends in their time of need--that is what friends do for each other. In a perfect world, the favor would be paid back in the future if it's greatly needed, but it doesn't always work that way in real life..... Anyway, good job on the songs, HH!!! It's quite cool to see your songwriting talent developing!

I missed the party, but was honored to be part of this gift. It is an awesome thing Liz, Nancy and Ycerney put together. All your hard work paid off big time with an amazing gift of music for a lot of kids. I can tell by his comments that this really touched Marty's heart. I missed the party too, but I wanted to drop by and say thank you as well. Amazing gift! Thank you for organizing it y'all.

I did finally sign back on to www.peaveyt60.com but my question about possible archiving of posts, pics and song files went unanswered, and I didn't find out that the old stuff was temporarily linked until after coming back from NYE. By that time, the link was dead and the stuff was gone. So far I am not seeing anybody in a big hurry to try and dig stuff up and repost or re-upload and for that matter, it looks like a lot of people have not signed back on. I hope that NEVER happens over here, or anywhere else for that matter. That was a really great place for guitar players of all levels, whether they're Peavey owners or not. The loss of so much of the "backstory" just leaves a huge gaping hole there. HH
