Just announced. Marty Casey and Lovehammers playing in Chicago, IL on Valentines Day at Angels & Kings. Cost is Free.
This is a small venue and should be a crazy night.

Christine, if I go, you are welcome to ride with me...if that will help with the funding situation. Not sure if Dave is going....still begging. How many people can you fit in an Hyundai Elantra? It may be fun to find out. I may be able to get a free room at the Best Western four blocks from the show. Its got free parking also....so it may just cost food. Alot of people at work are doing this fasting diet.....could always jump on that bandwagon and it would be FREE! What ever it takes to get you Hammered. Have you had the big 21st yet?

Star, that is so sweet!! I so miss those special holidays with my little guy. He's 20 now and still gives me a Valentine's Day card. I usually get him a cd or something, he no longer appreciates the little stuff animals. Cherish these days, they grow up way too fast.

This truly is good news!! Have fun to all who are able to go. I am enjoying hearing news of LH shows again. :-)

Michael lost his first baby tooth last Sunday... made me all  . He is 5 years old, but the time seems to be going so fast. I remember when he was just teething. |

I have to agree fully ... as awesome as going to a show would be, nothing in this world can ever compare to spending time with my little guy. Thanks for sharing it with us!! Did you get a Dino pick? Its cool. I got a pick from Marty last year. I carried it everywhere with me but then ended up giving it to this kid that was bummed about his grandpa's failing health. I sat in the hall of the nursing home with him and we somehow got to talking about music and I told him about the lovehammers and I gave him the pick. His pa ended up passing away but this kid still comes around and sees me occasionally. He is still listening to the lovehammers music!!!
