Happy St. Patrick's Day to everyone, including a certain blond musician with Irish heritage!!!
On my dad's side, I am Scotch/Irish, so I guess I can put this up:
I cooked corned beef and cabbage yesterday, to have today. It smelled so delicious that I had to sample a bit last night. It's my first time attempting it, and thanks to the excellent recipe, it came out tasting even better than it smells! The recipe is from Killian's Irish Red. I'll post it later.
