VH1.com is not "optimized" for macintosh/Apple computers, regardless of whether or not I have the software needed to view the video. That doesn't make a whole lotta sense to me, but anyone have any tricks that might help me view the video?

i am having the same problem and i have a dell with windows.all it does for me is just keeps loading and that is all i get.

I don't think the videos will play on any Mac computers. Sorry, pdhva! Is there a PC that you could use to see the videos? Like at a friend's house or your local library?
chicks, I can't get the videos to play on my computer either. I don't know if it's my internet connection (I'm on dial-up *sigh*) or something with my computer. I've seen screen shots of the videos, so I know what I'm missing!

ahhh.. i cant get the videos either.. ive tried home and work computers with nooo luck. i need my lovehammers fix!! why does vh1 have to make it soo difficult to see our men???  |

I could see them - but like a slide show instead of a video - all out of synch - checked with cable broadband provider and it's a bandwidth issue - supposed to get more "soon" in this little town on the edge of the country - Sigh!! And putting them on tv won't help me - don't get that channel yet!!! Grrr Still - the exposure for LH is great!!  |

I can't get them to work on dial up either - but it's funny that the verizon ads that run before the performance starts play just fine - hmm...

i have tryed everything i can think of to watch the video and still cant get it,and my player is up to date.all it wants to do is keep loading and then nothing.help

It says in the FAQ that you have to have a broadband connection. So that leaves us sad dial-up people out in the cold. All I can hope is that the videos will get enough hits so that they put them on VH1 on TV. Then, someone can record them and upload them somewhere for those left out.

Cindy - Thanks for the links. I was able to update my media player and that did that the trick. I was able to view the videos with no problems and am in Lovehammer Heaven! You're a lifesaver!  |

:'(I have a Dell Computer w/ Windows XP and also High Speed Inter.net thru our local Cable Co. I have NO problems downloading & viewing other etc ???but am unable to watch the VH1 Videos...I get absolutely "Nothing"
