Hi Everyone, We need to change party date to tomorrow, 12/22 at 9pm CT. Marty has a last minute business engagement and really wants to attend the party. Hope to see everyone tomorrow night. I've been assigned to bring the Hot Buttered Rum - though why anyone wants to drink it I don't know - doesn't sound appetizing to put butter in rum.  But here it is, nice an piping hot. Just wanted to make sure it got here in case I was late. Just reheat in the microwave if necessary.   I found a couple of recipes, so you can try more.  Now, for me, egg nog with rum is my drink of choice!  |

Good Morning Everyone! Merry Christmas Tuesday!  I was a Baking Maniac last night and baked Pecan Tassies, Oatmeal Cookies, 2 batches of Peanut Butter Blossums, and made some Keebler Cracker Bars. Here is some to start the party with.   Looking forward to hanging out tonight and catching up with everyone. I can't forget a few of my favorite holiday tunes. |

So, I was the one who originally assigned the buttered rum to Lyn (see above) and I was supposed to bring the egg nog  ; however, Lyn brought both because she obviously knows I am irresponsible  and am still in my pajamas  as a result of not going to work because I faked sick to come to this party tonight So, we will need to deal with what I have on hand here which is always a gigantic bottle of Captain Morgan...which I am happy to pour into the egg nog found above  |

 Just a friendly reminder. It's not too late to donate to our Kids See Stars CHristmas project. We are raising funds to support the Rock for Kids Rock Program and provide guitars and lessons to 8 boys in a group home in Chicago!!!!
