This is such bunk. Your ISP is not correct. If something was "wrong with the site" then NO ONE would be able to get to it. Yet EVERYONE else except AOL/Road Runner/CompuServe (AOL network users) are able to.
We are still working hard to resolve this with AOL.
If there is someone else who is not able to access the site, and is not an AOL or Road Runner or CompuServe user, please post here or email me privately to tell me. The more info we gather on this the better.

I called RR today they claim that it is a problem "out of their network, so it must be a problem with the site." keysunset -- It isn't a problem with the site, it's AOL. I am an AOL user but don't use them as an ISP. My connection is with Charter Communications. I can see the site perfectly fine in Internet Explorer, but can't in AOL. If there were a problem with the site then I wouldn't be able to see the site at all. You can't see the site because your ISP is Road Runner. |

Thanks for working on this Cindy & Amy. I really hate it that I can't see the main site.  I'll check in again in a few days. Maybe there'll be a change or a something I can use to argue better with when I call RR back. |

YEA!!! I can get there now too. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will still be up for me in a few days when I get time to check everything I've missed!

The past 10 days have been a friggin' NIGHTMARE. I'm glad it's over and everyone can come "home." Whew! Now we can get back to the important stuff like updating the website, getting all the pics put online that folks have emailed us, moving forward with the Street Team....lots of work to be done!
I appreciate everyone being patient and so very, very willing to help during our mini-crisis. You all ROCK!

I'm glad everything's working now too!!! I never had any trouble getting in (whew) but it was insanity over on the LH board, lol.

Haha! Did every one think they were tripping? Pardon our progress but I am trying to get this darn board's colors to match the new site colors....it is not easy because they have limited color choices based on the 256 hex color browser compatibility issue. So trip out while I keep screwing around with these colors. Maybe I will hit something that is just right in a minute or two.

I'm sorry. All y'all will think I'm a whiner, but this new color scheme is harder for my eyes to read. Maybe I'll get used to it. But the warmer colors before worked well for me.
At any rate, thanks again for everyone here who was so patient and worked so hard to get those of us out in the cold back inside mc.org!!!! OH, the Christmas card was great, Cindy. Arf, arf!

I agree Keysunset, the beige colour scheme seemed a bit warmer and friendlier, and it was very easy to read. I've noticed that my posting personality seems to change depending on what colour the background is (I have some kind of alter-ego thing going on at LH already) so I'll have to wait and see what happens when my grey and white personality emerges.  At the same time though, I have to say that this colour scheme does look very cool . . . I'm going to let myself get used to it. |
