I loved all the ones mentioned, my other two were there, but if I'd had to pick only one video, it was #3 and that one had no mention at all! Weird! It was black and white, Marty was all through it, and the matching of the sound file to the video of him singing those words was awesome. Guess it just shows the extent of talent involved here, and that art is truly subjective, hey? Oddly #11's girl with glasses looks exactly like my niece. I actually thought it was her the first time I saw it! Congratulations to everyone who participated. Loved the contest! More more!!!

Do not ever second guess your creative self! Art speaks to people differently, you're only to express yourself and so maybe it reaches someone, who knows? With art, should you care? That video showed clearly the range of Marty-emotions, even including the Marty direct gaze (!), and I love it so much that I've watched it about 100 times so far. Keep hammerin' and personally, I'd love to see more if you have anything else online...

Thank you Gingerpyle for noticing my video, I did number 3. I am really glad you liked it. Art is totally subjective and I must not have gotten it right. Maybe it was too commercial what I tried to focus on was Marty and the boys and I tried to make it like a music video. One where people would watch over and over again. It seems like it worked because I had a lot of people view it...but it just wasn't good enough to win or get noticed. Oh well... That is ok though..I tried my best and that is all everyone else did. I really enjoyed everyone who won and everyone who did not win...but in my book...everyone who entered won!!! Congratulations to #11, #19 and the other honorable mentions!!! I loved your video. It was one of my favorites, as well. I think that you did an excellent job.

Congratulations to all who submitted videos! Just the work involved in thinking it through and preparing it makes you a winner! And I could only cast three votes! That was hard in and of itself.
My kids and I have enjoyed watching the videos. Thanks again to everyone.

Congrats to all!!! It was so much fun to make the videos and even better to see everyone's creative ideas. I cannot tell you how THRILLED my daughter is to have gotten a special mention from Marty (the girl-in-the-mirror video). Winning a poster is just icing on the cake!
MANY MANY thanks to Cindy, Amy and Marty.

I second that...My and my little Hammerette's had a blast making our video, and there was much screaming and jumping up and down when we found out we got an honorable mention (by all of us!)
Thanks for putting that contest together, there were so many great video's and we loved watching them all.

You've pulled me out of serious lurkdom for this post! I just wanted to say I really enjoyed video #3 as well. All the videos were great! Great Efforts! Great Results! But #3 was my favorite too. It really captured Marty's beauty and soul with the selection of pics and live shots and especially the comfort hug!!!!! The B&W added the right softness and grittiness - I loved it and thought it could easily be shown on VH1 or MTV - very professional looking!!!! I've viewed it many times. Thanks for creating it! You have great talent! Don't let anyone let you think otherwise!!!!

Two of them really stood out because they were very different from the rest of the submissions. One of your videos received one of my three votes --- guess which one!

It just really went well with the song, especially the part where Marty was giving the comforting hug. Great job! Maybe you didn't get one of the prizes but you're a winner in our hearts!

I don't recall any of mine have white pants pictures, unless you count the circle head guy who is all white!

Even though my video (#12) won nothing , I did learn alot from the experience. 1. I didn't know my computer had Windows Movie Maker (never even heard of it) 2. I never made a video before, but now I can make one in 5 minutes . 3. I discovered my digital camera has movie making abilities . 4. All the materials used were from my camera and my friend's camera. Had I not had that excellent concert footage made by Jodie, I don't think I could have done one. I also loved the special effects done by so many of you, I hope to learn that too.
