Wow, I just dont know where to begin, mind you I DO have to work in the morning, I am buzzin' off jack daniels and beers with the boys. But I just had to chime in and give you a little taste, because I know you will all HOUND me for the DIRT.

I got down to the venue around 6:30pm and it was plenty early, though I just missed "sound check" and some Hammerheads from MC.org recognized me immediatly (I of course forgot all their names) and yelled ROCKBEAST. After hanging by 5 different tour buses, one was black-green and one other one was sort of green but was towing a trailer of equiptment, so I figured that was the roadie bus. So anyhow, I went to the Will Call and picked up the ticket that I sold on ebay (sold it for face value) and then the dude showed up and his name was Josh and he was really cool. We hung out and walked around and he even went up to the one black-green tour bus and pounded on the door! I was like DUUUUUUUUUUDE! And walking away all freaked out. But the cleaning people were on it and they were not happy that we were trying to siege the bus. LOL:

So we went in and Josh bought me two Jack and Cokes and a shot of Jager. I mean, what a nice guy. He said that Marty was the best on RS INXS but he had not heard anything other than Trees. So we went to check our seats out and he just walked right down with me (ETA- I TOOK MY CAMERA, THEY DIDNT SEARCH) and we went to the first row behind the little pit. In the little pit there was 2 rows of seats. We were totally in someones seat. The lights went out and we were in the FIRST ROW practically. Out came Billy first, I screamed his name and then came Bobby (screamed his name) and then Dino and then Marty. They opened with Ultrasound and I went absou-f**king-loutley INSANE. Dino was on the other side of where I was sitting but he came over and stood to edge of the stage and I yelled f**k YEAH DINOOOOOOOOOO! And he gave me a little wave and a thumbs up!!! Billy also during the show "nodded and smiled to me" It was like a dream. I am barely able to type this because I was so AMPED and stuff. Marty wore black pants and black shirt and a black leather coat. He also had sunglasses on for the first song Ultrasound. I dont know the song order but they did The Tunnel, Eyes, Straight as an Arrow, The Riddle, Call of Distress, Rain on the Brain, and Ring of Fire (Johnny Cash Cover) and then they ended it with Trees. 40 minutes about. But who was counting, I didnt want it to end. Just watching them was AMAZING. Dino bouncing around is too cool. Billy and Dino were twirling about and switching sides. Marty was awesome. They sounded KILLER!! Now that brings me to the lame crowd. They sat down for the whole set but Ring of Fire and Trees (Becauise Marty asked them to get up and move!). I, of course was going TOTALLY NUTS every song. During Straight as an Arrow, Marty ran up the ailse (right by me) and then back again. During The Tunnel, he hoped down and stood on the first two chairs and sang (and he was RIGHT in front of me). Oh I forgot, by Song number 3 we got 86'd from our seats due to the people who showed up and we were in their seats. LOL

I didnt take any pictures of the LH live. I stood out like WHITE ON RICE. HAMMERHEAD FULL ON!

So after they were done I went to the buses and nothing was going on, and I ran into Wink and talked with her briefly (the first person from here that I met) and then I went to the bar and some girl bought me a drink if I let her cut in front of me!!

I went down and took my seat and watched 50 mins of INXS. *Yawn*....They were "o.k", if you dont have to watch JD making love to his fingers, and the mic stand.

I am standing there growing bored and I thought to myself, WHAT THE f**k am I doing? I left right straight away to the Lobby and THERE THEY WERE!!!! It was a scene. I bumped EVERYONE out of the way, right over to Marty, but Marty was such the kind gent, he made sure everyone got their turn. He is so nice. I gave him the MARTY dog tag and he freaked and said "OH WOW, I LOST MINE AFTER THE ARAGON SHOW" THIS IS TOO COOL!! I had him sign my MOMM cover and he wrote something cool that I will share with you later. Then I gave marty a quick hug and told him it was from the Hammerheads. and we took a pic together. During the chaos with Marty (Everyone was crowding around him), I spotted Dino, and by the time I got over to where he was, it was Bobby and I said hi to him and asked where Dino went and he said "I dunno", then I had Bobby sign my MOMM and then got my pic taken with him, he was also VERY down to earth and friendly. Then I spotted Billy!! So I went over and told him how awesome they were and he said "Thanks alot", and he signed my CD and we took a picture (That I have the STUPID SHIT EATING GRIN IN...Billy said something funny, and I forgot what it was now...) Anyway, they finally left but NO DINO!! I missed talking and getting my pic with him.

Ok, I am very tired of typing now. Oh, they had merch, LH beanies, wristbands and two shirts (a normal black shirt and then a little girlie with the new album cover)...I didnt get one. *Shoots self*

Ok, These pictures are way weird and I was in a very dazed world during it all. After all, it was my first time meeting my favorite group!!

yeah! It was soooo awesome! And I must have been one of the few on my feet the whole time the guys were on stage! Most all were sitting! I may be partial to Lovehammers, but they way outshone JD and INXS. Their sound was all wrong, and you could barely make out the words, and I totally agree with Rockbeast, JD seems to have a thing for gyrating against things. I too, got sick of it all, and lucky thing , cuz our guys were in the lobby talking and taking pics,etc. They were all sooo nice. And seemed suprised that we would be there just to see them!Got autographs from all, and pics, but on a disposable camera,(didn't want anything confiscated incase it wasn't allowed,but we weren't searched or anything) These guys are soo nice, I'm glad we got in at the beginning of the tour. INXS is calling the shots,and isn't doing any fan stuff that we can see. One of their guys came out to tell one of Lovehammers crew to move everyone to the side cuz we would be in the way or something when JD got done, Marty took off pretty quick, but Billy and Bobby were still around. Had to hang by the bus after to get the elusive Dino pic and sig, but well worth it. OH, and there were members from Candlebox there too, talkin to the guys. Can't wait til Lovehammers come to town again!

Hey Rockbeast. I am one of the Hammerheads from here that you met last night. It was soooo cool to meet all of you. I was able to meet and get a picture with all the guys. My husband is taking the camera to be processed today..so hopefully the pics come out decently and I can get them posted soon.
I am such a geek. Was able to have 1/2way reasonable conversations with first Bobby, then Billy and then I wanted to kick some drunk guy who was monopolizing Dino before I was able to talk to him... but when Marty showed up at the bus at the end of the evening....and we locked eyes...all I could do was stutter like a school girl ..."You're AWSOME!!!" When Marty agreed to have a picture with me, I told him that the Lovehammers made me feel 25 again and he was sooo sweet to this middle-aged former heavy metal rocker chick. "But you ARE 25!!!" And I got a hug too!!!! I can now die a happy woman. Marty liked a patch on my suede jacket and mentioned that it might be a great idea in their new emblem search. "WOW" ...guess who is not taking this jacket off for awhile?

All the Hammerheads were so great to meet and hang with. Thank you everybody !!!!
And my husband says to tell you all hi and that he had a great time at his first ever concert. And I do believe that we have "shared the love" and now have a new Hammerhead amongst us.

As Dino said last night..."keep sharing the love and get the music out there for everyone to hear and decide."
