we were shocked when the new Doctor Who left to be replaced by the newer Doctor Who, but, ya know what? we still watch it. My kids love it --yes, another sign that I am raising them right!

So where are you currently on the newer Doctor Who series then? I want to make sure I don't give any plot points away.

Haven't seen Season 3 yet - only repeats of Seasons 1 and 2 in the States so far. I was also enjoying the new guy in Season 1 and was sorry to see him leave. But they picked a good replacement. I loved when they brought Sarah Jane back for an episode.
I've watched Dr. Who since they started showing it on PBS years ago. Of course, they always had it on at 11:00 p.m. on Sunday evening!
Tom Baker has always been my favorite - but the newest incarnations have definitely brought the level up. I don't mind spoilers - I going to watch anyways, so if you want to discuss the newest season, go ahead.

I won't say a word! I wasn't sure what had been shown there. I never really bothered with it when I was a kid (think I was the wrong age) but have loved the new series. Didn't think I'd get used to David Tennant but there have been some strong scripts - there's 4 episodes to look out for in series 3 - they're just outstanding on writing!
Yey! I'm not the only person that watches it! I was beginning to feel like an outcast! ;D ;D

I am way behind on watching Dr. Who. I tivoed every episode so far and am slowly catching up. I think I only have 1 or 2 more to watch. I wasn't sure I was going to like Martha, but I do.
I have been glad that they are bringing out the emotional side of his relationships with the companions. The way they are showing how hard it is for him to get past losing Rose has really added another dimension to his character.
It will be interesting to see what type of a relationship he has with Martha.
