Hi ya Peeks
Thanks for the e-mail mate.....great reading!! Laughed about painting the bus in footy colours, hanging footy scarves out the window, and kicking the footy around near the bus. That's exactly what happens every weekend at every footy ground round Australia. Chuck in the swearing factor bigtime and a beer can in both hands....and you've nailed it girl!!!!
Yeah mate - massive massive ccoooooooooooooooooooooooeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee for our drinking and gutter dwelling bestest friend......this walkabout thingie is becoming a bad habit of hers.....mind you if it is a true walkabout, she could end up in a massive dreamtime with Marty. Better pass me that didgerydooie thing Peeks, and I'll give it a huge blow - might wake her up!!
Love ya
Lizzie xxxxxxxxx

Top O the Morning Everyone!
Lizzie, yes, am feeling much better now and ready to knock back a Chilean Merlot if there's one at the bar. Might help get me in the mood to finish my paper - it's due today so the panic factor is definitely on!
Sorry to hear that everyone's footy teams lost. My husband was in a good mood last night cos his beloved Liverpool beat Man City (we're talking English Football here).

Hey there Lizzie mate What do you mean Ing could end up in a massive dreamtime with Marty. I think she's already there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WA is a huge place with many beautiful spots so you can hardly blame her for wanting to go walkabout hey? But you're right, we miss our gutter dwelling drinking buddy bff so here goes..... COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWEEEEEEE OK - that's better - now all we have to do is sit back and watch her stumble back from the dreamtime back into reality....not a pretty sight!!! A can of beer in both hands?? That's just hilarious. What about a beer in one hand and a pie in the other? Girls gotta eat mate! Or were you thinking of feasting on something else.....YOWZA!!!!!!!!!!! ;D Love ya.......peeks

You've read my mind matie - definitely thinking of feasting on something else.....but it looks like a pie will have to suffice for now.....so I'll just grab one from the pie warmer and give it a good dollop of dead orse ........what would you like - one of those huge sausage rolls (!!) I bet!!!! Yowza Peeks!!!
Hey Gaia - one glass of Merlot for ya before you finish that paper *chinkety chink* mate - and good luck with it - you'll score top marks as always.

Happy to hear you are feeling better and I am sure you will write a supa-dupa paper, you clever hammerhead you!! Hubby follows the English League too (surprise, surprise!) and I think he said he likes Liverpool. He's sports mad. I become a footy widow when the AFL starts up but I think this season I'll pay more attention - if only to have a good old perv! Have a good one mate! peeks

Hey all, Bummer that all our footy teams lost, but it is only the practice matches, wait til the REAL stuff gets going!! I'm not that upset about the Saints losing altho I didn't think thay played all that well so they deserved to get done, they had their chances and blew it! Very HAPPY tho that the Melbourne Tigers (NBL basketball) won, 2 games down, only one more win away from the NBL premiership, go TIGERS on Tuesday night!!! My pleasure Lizzie to send you the Blues card, couldn't resist when I came across it, whack it on the fridge matey! Would be great if you found some of your old 'swappies' as us kids used to call them. I collect way to many things, Welsh ponies!, playing/swapcards, space/alien related stuff and Mick collects AFL/VFL stuff (all teams), with his brother he also collects old cars from the 1930's to 1960's, you have seen one of them, they have 4 more! Jukeboxes and radios from the 1940's-1960's, coca cola memorabilia. Much of their stuff has been used in TV shows and movies as props. Very bad habit collecting stuff, no spare room in any of our houses!! Love your idea re the van painting footy colors, scarves out the window, beer in one hand, pie in the other, kicking the footy around!! What about a run thru banner Gotta have that Cheers, Hel.

Hey Hel
Hope you are having a good day so far. I've been stuck on this computer for a while now so I might have to get off - I'm starving....haven't eaten anything since lunch yesterday. Too much partying to be had mate - too much drinking, not enough eating - that's probably why I feel a bit off today. Saw a very loud, very good band last night. So I'm a bit deaf too. ;D
Love all the collecting stuff you do. I bet you have started a LH memorabilia collection hey? That will be your pride and joy no doubt.
I love the idea of the run through banner - got any ideas for what should be written on it?? Something cryptic I think - so the "tour nazi" doesn't know what it says!
laters....peeks

Why Peeks babe - my pleasure mate - here's a massive sausage roll for you and Ing - straight from the pie warmer.....dollop of anything on it? ?? Probably yummy to eat just as it is? Tuck in matie - I'm salivating just at the thought of you scoffing it - leave some for Lizzie. Hel......your Mick would love my hubby - he worked in the VFL/AFL for years and has the most amazing collection of VFL memorabilia dating back to 1900.......old footy fixtures etc etc... and as for my old swappies - I promise to search soon as, although I am not sure whether I kept em from our last move - promise to get my arse in gear and check soonest. Love the idea of a run through banner - hmmmmmm the wording - how about ACMAM.......Aussie Chicks Mad About Marty......can think of some really really naughty ones - but wouldn't dare post em for fear of a tongue lashing....ok Peeks down girl...down.............just two words - tongue lashing has sent her into a Marty frenzy!! Teee heee!! COOOOOOEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE ING MATE - WE ARE ALL SUFFERING MAJOR WITHDRAWALS...........WHERE ARE YOU....PEEKS AND I THINK YOU MIGHT HAVE GONE VIA WOOP WOOP AND THE BLACK STUMP.....that white pants pic should bring you back. Love Lizzie xxxx

Hey guys, I must've missed something along the way, who is Ted? Please fill me in, sorry if I should know but I don't, I find it a little hard keeping up sometimes. I think it is the getting old *thing* Now we have 3 new threads to read, Billy, Bobby and Dino, not that I mind, they are certainly welcome, love them to DEATH! but it just means more reading, Ughh!! The 4 puppies I was looking after have finally gone home, getting up every 4 hours to give them their medication wore thin after the first day, but 4 days, well that just plain buggered me I know they are cute, but enough is enough! Did you check out the hairless one? It is weird, they are poodle x Chinese hairless crested terriers. OK, gotta work on words for our run thru banner. Catchya all later, Hel.

Helen, that is hysterical and perfect. lmao okay, fyi, Ted is the road manager who is in charge of keeping fans in line, band protected and "things moving along in orderly fashion." He has the least thankful job on tour -- and will need some special distracting in Oz. Surely Peeks can handle it. Gotta go as have been screwing around allday and have major deadlines to meet. Have a drink on me, mate. And head over to the 18+ bar --it's hopping there, too!
