I just watched INXS on Letterman and they sang Afterglow. It sounded really good. JD is filling some pretty big shoes with this band and that has got to be tough. I always enjoy seeing people fulfilling their dreams, so cheers to JD from a die-hard hammerhead for following his own road and being right for INXS. And thanks to INXS for not stealing Marty  |

:Pi watched letterman,that was the only reason because inxs. i thing jd is getting more seasoned everytime i see them. dont forget they will be on regis and kelly tomorrow 15th.

Watched until Regis said goodbye. Thought I was still awake, but the next thing I remember is waking up to Craig Ferguson's monologue. Oh, well. I think LH should be on the Late, Late Show next time that they're in L.A. I'm starting to like his show better than Letterman. Sorry they couldn't get booked on regis & Kelly. Didn't they play Trees at a commercial break or something? Maybe when they swing though on a tour themselves.

I just saw the end of Regis and Kelley and JD was singing "Need You tonight"--Didn't sound good at all. I wonder if he is having voice problems again. He was very quiet and not giving the song justice at all. I don't know what song he sang first b/c I didn't tune in on time.

How were Lettermen's jokes on Dick Chenney? I tried to tape it but something was wrong and it didn't work. I was dying to hear the jokes he would come up with. Does anyone remember any?

Oh I love Craig Ferguson!!! I've already asked way back for them to be on his show but past time to ASK again!!! I so wish MCLH would be on HIS show--!!!!
I loved it when Craig would say "these vampires gone crazy" there for a while very night--apparently this was a line or something to do with a movie he had a small part in?!?
In any case, I would love to see MCLH on Craig Ferguson Late Late show, Regis and Kelly, Letterman, Leno, Saturday Night Live, Jimmy Kimmel, etc etc etc.!!!! time to
start hammering them again with requests...!

Me too! Love...Craig Ferguson. Love to see MCLH on his show.
Gawd watched part of Letterman last night in time to catch some band, no comparison to MCLH.
We need to get them on some of these shows.

I LOVE INXS. SO WITH JD AND MARTY..I WENT TO THE INXS CONCERT AND I SAW MARTY UP CLOSE AND HE TOUCHED MY HAND... HE WASS SOO GOOD IN CONCERT!!!

I'm new to this board and glad I have finally found a thread that is positive about INXS. I love both INXS and Love Hammers and I know I'm not the oly one. I tried to read some concert reviews but it seems most of the members feel like they can't like INXS and be a true Hammerhead. That just seems so silly to me. I was glad JD won RockStar:INXS and I was glad Marty & the Love Hammers got signed to Epic and toured with them. Everyone's a winner and I got to buy two great CDs and got to see two great bands in concert several times.
