WOW that is REALLY cool! David would also come out & talk to the audience before the show started...great guy. I've seen him at a couple of INXS concerts, too. That is so great what he said about Marty, but yet, of course!! Thanks for posting this Amy!! |

David Goffin: I’m in the control booth for most of the shoots. It’s loud in there. Lots of noise and action. But, when Marty got the encore I left the booth to watch him sing it again. That was the true moment for me. The only time i saw an actual performance with the crowd. He was magical.Great interview - thanks, Amy! Very insightful. (But I think most here would agree the magic might have started much earlier than that.)

What a great thing to say!  There were a lot of performances on that show and for him to pick Marty's really says a great deal for his true talent. We all knew his was the best right from the start  |
