Oh yeah - we got pictures ... and I got an audio recording of the whole show!
Last nights show was incredible. We made it just on time to end up front row center for the show!!!!!
JK played pretty much the same set as the Thursday show.
Between the 4 of us, I think we got a great selecton of pics. I probably won't get mine up until Monday (work computer is much better!) and I am looking into having the audio recording transferred to a digital file.
Toby gave a shout out to the gals in the front row (yep - that's us!) and talked about the new song coming out (next week on the internet) and the album they will be recording next month.
After the show, we each got some time with most of the band - yes pics too!
Also saw Susie and Ty.
Be back Monday with pics!!!!!

wow I can't believe the other gals haven't posted yet about JK on Friday night. They all have their own pics so it's not like anyone's waiting on me! lol
I, however, do not have pics yet, just moved yesterday & today, & getting life back to normal...I will finally be back on the board very soon...
JK was incredible, seriously - I had not yet heard any of their music except the one song from the show, & they kicked A**!! All very very friendly. We got pics with all of the band except the drummer, Suzie McNeil, Ty Taylor, with the wristbands galore.

Well if you like them smoking hot and Australian, then Juke Kartel is for you. This band is the real deal and never since LH have I been so blown away at a first show--instantly memorable and likable. And can I just say that most of these guys are mind blowingly hot! And as sweet as they come. We each got a little time after their set and you can tell they are all a little shell shocked to say the least--this is their first time in the states and they end up in wonderland-LA! And everybody wants a piece of them. When I spoke to Toby, he was like "This is so wierd, this is weird isn't it?" I told him to ride the wave and enjoy it if he could, and to give LA a chance. He said they'd be here 2 months, but didnt elaborate. Then I told him what a great show it was and said that they should be opening for the Lovehammers. Then he said "I just talked to Marty the other night!" Who knows what will happen with that as I was being rushed by the security guy but I have photos to share. I only have me w/ Toby and Dale photos as the photos with the other guys are on the other girls cameras. Tommy and Todd are  -worthy so I cant wait to get those from them! Their drummer actually took a photo of Kimberly87 and I during their set, he was great but we didnt get to meet him after the show! And bummer --No Lukas Rossi sightings this night. Diva- Thanks for sharing! They are a really nice looking group of men are they not? Their bass player--very hot!  ( Not a great picture of him but he is the one in the corner of the last picture in post #47) I'm more impressed as the days go by because Thursday nights show is still with me! I hope they have another live gig while they are here in LA--I'll be there if I can! |

Hi all. Newbie here but a regular over at Rockband. Klly told us about this wonderful board. Being a big fan of Marty's from last season and an obsessed fan of Toby's, I had to come on over. It seems very comfy-cozy in here...lovin' it and all the great crack I've seen so far! So great to see all this well-deserved love for JK. Aren't they just the sh--?! So jealous of everyone who got to see them at VR.
