Update on JK boys in LA
Current mood: excited
Hey Rockers,
Just wanted to keep you awesome peeps in the loop with some really exciting JK news. First off, we are having an absolute crazy time in LA.. This place is unbelievable. You guys definitely know how to party. For all you legends that came to support us at Viper Room, we thank you so so much!!
The important news is that we are now staying in LA till the end of October to record a full album. We dont know the exact release date yet, as soon as we do we'll let you know.
For all the Aussies, we'll be back in November. We'll be doing some shows late November, early December.
We'll have some more big arse news for you soon enough. Stay tuned and we'll talk catch you all soon!!

Hey everyone Toby here...you guys have been so good to JUKE KARTEL and me. So, sit tight, cos we're taking to the road in the U.S. in Novemeber...Hell yeah!!! Ahhhh Toby, he is so cute! Not sick of it yet! My hubby went to the dentist the other day to get his teeth cleaned. He said there was a new dentist there who looked like Toby. Guess who has a dentist appointment in two weeks? Can't be as cute as the real thing, but a girl can pretend.

Hey Rockers..
Our first single "Throw it Away" is going to be released next Tuesday 17th October on Itunes.. We look forward to you all hearing the new kick arse version.. Visit the Itunes music store next Tuesday!!!
We start recording the album tomorrow and cant wait for you all to hear it.. We dont know exact dates for the release, but as soon as we do we will let you all know!!
We will be touring in Australia next March opening for Supernova, then heading off to New Zealand..
OZ dates as follows
March 15th Melbourne
March 16th Sydney
March 17th Brisbane...
We will be in NZ the following week for three shows opening for Supernova
March 21st ChristChurch
March 23rd Wellington
March24th Auckland
We cant wait to play these shows!!!

I am not sure where to post this sad news but it looks like Storm, Magni and the house band have been kicked off the Supernova Tour, and Toby's, Dilana are still on with Toby's band Juke Kartel fronting. First a California punk band claimed rights to the name Supernova and sought an injunction to halt the television act from performing or recording under the "Supernova" brand, unless they changed or added words to the name. A San Diego judge ruled in favor of the punk band and forced the CBS backed group to find a new moniker. For once Davey trumped Goliath! Tommy Lee and the rest of the band, including the show's winner Lukas Rossi, changed the name to Rockstar Supernova. With a tour scheduled to begin on New Year's Eve in Vegas, the bill's opening act was to include The Panic Channel, host Dave Navarro's latest band, as well as, fellow contestants Toby Rand, Dilana, Magni, Storm Large and the program's House Band. But now TMZ has learned that due to financial reasons Magni, Storm Large and the House Band have been kicked off the tour. Toby and Dilana are still on board (thank God!), but will now be backed by Toby Rand's Australian group Juke Kartel. Evs! Though this is sure to be a blow to Storm Large and Magni, who is already a bona fide sensation in his native Iceland, the real question is how fans will react to the news. And while Magni and Storm will be sorely missed, we're still hoping they add the ever unpredictable and fabulous Zayra Alvarez to the bill. I can't think of a better billing than Lukas (okay, and Rockstar Supernova)  with Juke Kartel opening! I'm super pleased about Toby getting the opening gig. Hope it's for the whole tour. Without the others and the Houseband, I don't see how Dilana would fit in now. I don't really care whether she's there or not....Toby and Lukas were my faves from night one, and now we get them both!  |

I got tickets immediately when the pre-sale started, not even knowing who would win. Thank God it was Lukas! Toby was equally my other favorite. How cool is that? To see them both on the same stage!!!!! But why is Dilana still going to be there? Is she going to sing with Panic Channel or Juke Kartel? Anyone know??
