Here's her website: stormlarge.com/Including post from Storm that as of Sunday she is back home in Portland! Looks like she will be holding a press/fan meet-and-greet at Dante's (the bar where she & the Balls have played for years) - so you folks in Portland may want to check that out!! CJ Oregon Coast

Yes, she is extremely talented. When I saw her on Ellen, on her own and away from Rockstar it hit me more than ever.

I got my Cdbaby.com shipment today. I have listened to Ladylike at least 10 times and going back for more.
BTW has anyone ever ordered from CD baby before? The people who own that site have lots of personality. Their "your product has shipped email" made me laugh! Very clever!

I am not sure where to post this sad news but it looks like Storm, Magni and the house band have been kicked off the Supernova Tour, and Toby's, Dilana are still on with Toby's band Juke Kartel fronting. I will post this in all appropriate threads: www.tmz.com/2006/10/11/more-problems-for-rockstar-supernova/More Problems for Rockstar Supernova Posted Oct 11th 2006 5:45PM by TMZ Staff Magni and Storm Large, two finalists in the top 5 on the CBS reality show "Rockstar: Supernova," have been essentially fired from the opening act on the upcoming Rockstar Supernova tour. This is just the latest controversy to besiege Tommy Lee's new band, Rockstar Supernova, since the reality show wrapped production last month. First a California punk band claimed rights to the name Supernova and sought an injunction to halt the television act from performing or recording under the "Supernova" brand, unless they changed or added words to the name. A San Diego judge ruled in favor of the punk band and forced the CBS backed group to find a new moniker. For once Davey trumped Goliath! Tommy Lee and the rest of the band, including the show's winner Lukas Rossi, changed the name to Rockstar Supernova. With a tour scheduled to begin on New Year's Eve in Vegas, the bill's opening act was to include The Panic Channel, host Dave Navarro's latest band, as well as, fellow contestants Toby Rand, Dilana, Magni, Storm Large and the program's House Band. But now TMZ has learned that due to financial reasons Magni, Storm Large and the House Band have been kicked off the tour. Toby and Dilana are still on board (thank God!), but will now be backed by Toby Rand's Australian group Juke Kartel. Evs! Though this is sure to be a blow to Storm Large and Magni, who is already a bona fide sensation in his native Iceland, the real question is how fans will react to the news. And while Magni and Storm will be sorely missed, we're still hoping they add the ever unpredictable and fabulous Zayra Alvarez to the bill. A call to Rockstar Supernova's record label was not immediately returned.

Got my ticket yesterday for Storm's show in Portland on Nov. 18th!! A bunch of Storm Troopers (Storm fans and posters at her board) are meeting up for dinner and drinks before the show. I cannot wait to meet Storm, and see her b/f (its been 13 years....) again! I will post all pictures taken at the show of course. Scott

I was also amused by their cleverness! ;D Fun. There was a funny statement on the packing slip too, something to the tune of "if we made you happy, good, if not please let us know." It's nice to know people are still having fun doing what they love out there. Go Storm!

This is for the Storm fans in the group!
Saw this show tonight. I loved it! I guess I was meant to go to this show alone as every time I had someone lined up to go with me--something happened and they couldn't go. Someone said Mercury is retrograde. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. But how can you line up 4 different people to go to a show with you and have them all have emergencies or reasons not to go--one after another? I was starting to get a complex and wonder if I should go to the show. I'm glad I decided to go on my own.
Storm has that bawdy quality of Bette Midler in her Divine Miss M days (okay some of you young'uns are going --what? But others of you may know what I mean.) She's certainly more beautiful than Bette but there's that amazing voice with the pardon the pun--ballsy presence. For those who do not like the "f" word or frank talk about sex, this would not be the show for you.
Storm has an amazing range both in the songs she performs and in the notes she can hit and the emotions she brings to the songs. Rockstar was not a good vehicle for her in that I think Television took away half of her persona because she was censored in what one can say on TV.
I won't even try to do the set list--but she opened with I want You to Want Me from Cheap Trick, She did covers made her own interspersed with originals. "I Want You to Die" "Beautiful" and of course "Ladylike." She did some rocking, some ballads, A lullaby (which she co-wrote and said it started out as a song about a killer who was cutting up his victim and singing the song but that it eventually became a lullaby--too funny. She said she was into CSI and Forensic stuff). She did a really funny take on I Honestly Love You (Yes from Grease ala Olivia Newton John) but turned it into a stalker song. All in all she played about an hour and fifteen minutes with one encore.
Molly Malone's room is small and I don't think it was a sell out. But is was a good sized crowd. Dilana and Lukas were there.
Storm pulled Dilana on stage during Ladylike. Dilana danced with her and sang a little bit. You could see a real friendship between the two as Dilana turned to the crowd like a proud Mama and said--isn't she just awesome? Lukas walked past me to say hi to Storm backstage but I didn't see him again nor did he come on stage with Storm.
As I said I really enjoyed the evening even going solo. Hope those of you who love Storm get a chance to see her soon!
