dirtyPhil deserves his own thread! (dirty)Phil Ritchie:His band Lennex released a new album after Phil left the show. They now have three albums available on iTunes and at CD Baby. Phil's myspace: www.myspace.com/philritchie Lennex myspace: www.myspace.com/lennex Lennex official site: www.lennex.comThey have some upcoming shows posted on their site. None in Chicago, though. I think Phil is playing hard to get. From his myspace blog - dated 9/19:
Just got back from LA. Roxi and I had a great time out there. We shared a room with Josh Logan and his girlfriend Emilie. Since Roxi used to work at the Hyatt, we got the family discount rate from one of her former coworkers. It seems like we also got the family discount room. There wasn't even any comforters on the bed and when we asked for some extra blankets it took about five hours to get them. I'm not bitching though, we had a great time. We went to the taping of the finale of Rockstar. They stuffed all the booted rockers way in the back and didn't give us any tv time. They were too busy showing Paula Abdul. What a bunch of cold hearted snakes. Lucas won as you all know by now. We all called that one during week one. I wonder how he feels about it. I'm very interested to see how Supernova will progress now that the show is over. By the way, I heard that they lost the rights to the name "Supernova". Maybe they could be called "Superdupernova". It kind of just rolls off the tounge nicely don't you think? I did get to say what up to Tommy and he seemed very happy to see me. I could tell by the way he cupped my ass when he hugged me. So gentle, yet so firm. All in all, it was a well spent week on the west coast. I'm sure when I get my next credit card statment I will regret it all.
No time to rest however. Me and the boys leave for tour tomorrow. I can't wait to get out on the road and melt some faces. Here are the dates we have as of now: I hope to see you all soon in a town or city near you. Peace Bitches!!

Shot Tlee through the heart and then DP tried to backtrack. Felt bad for all involved.

I just checked out some of Lennex's stuff on youtube and Phil doesn't need RS/SN he is too talented on his own. I like the trumpet on some of his song intros. Its kinda cool. It bothers me a bit that he was singled out like that on the "wanting exposure" drama. If the rockers are honest they all wanted the same thing and when Navarro was quoting the article you could see that they all were Sh*tting bricks because they knew that could have easily been one of them (except Lukas) he really really really wanted it. Good Luck Phil , you have more talent rock on Jilly

The Lennex/Phil Ritchie concert in Virginia Beach last night was fantastic! Phil sounded great, and he has an energy and stage presence similar to Marty’s. He's also very funny, and a great pool player! If Lennex is coming to a town near you, you must go see them! Here are some pictures I took. The preview mode on my camera wasn’t working, so I was kind of shooting blind. They ended with “When Everything Went Ground”, which is a very angry song, but I like it! That’s what I said. That’s what I said. That’s what I said. Brandon, the drummer, said that he studied electrical engineering and almost has enough credits to graduate. I knew there had to be a cool double E out there somewhere! I think this cutie’s name is Brian (someone correct me if I am wrong). Here is a little bit of video from the last song: Here are the rest: Click here!
