I don`t understand where or why `VIP` seating? What does the charge for $20 entitle us to instead of just General admission? It's a very small area so does that mean I can go in as `general` public instead of paying in advance?

Do you know the owner of the restaurant? Why has he/she put you in charge of reservations instead of the manager or an employee?

Hi Amy,

The $20 includes a reservation to see MiG perform for two hours, VIP seating in the venue and a complimentary drink.

I am merely taking reservations for the venue at their request...I handle no money. All transactions are done by the venue. The money goes to them. When you call to book a reservation, you'll get a confirmation number. You bring that number and a valid ID when you come to the Third Coast on March 3rd. The owner of the venue is out of town for the next two weeks...which is why she asked for my help.

Their full menu will be available all night as well.

The 3rd Coast Cafe does not normally do these types of events. They are a Euro Cafe that have live music and art exhibits from time to time. The owner of the cafe is a friend of ours (my husband and myself) and when MiG's Mgmt asked me to help find MiG a side gig while he's here in Chicago for his Corporate Event on Sunday, we naturally thought to call The 3rd Coast because MiG had played there over the summer and loved it. The owner is also a fan of MiG's and wanted to do this to help promote him. She's giving up a Saturday night in her cafe for all of us to spend with MiG.

Because of the layout of the cafe...they are designating an entire closed off area to the MiG performance. This is the VIP area for the night. If you want to see MiG perform, have a seat in this area and receive a complimentary drink from the 3rd Coast, you must make a reservation. Reservations must be made with a credit card. The venue is handling all transactions. The owner entrusted me with the responsibility of making reservations because she wanted to keep everything organized while she is out of town. I will not be handling any money.

If you want to come to the cafe for dinner or coffee that night, you will be advised at the door that there is a special event going on. How the venue decides to handle this has not been discussed with me. They are also directing all calls regarding this event to me. My number is 773.296.6363 if you'd like to make a reservation.

As I mentioned in my earlier post, the $20 cost is for the two hours with MiG, seating in the VIP area and a complimentary drink. If I recall, MiG's Canal Room gig was $35 and nothing else was included...so this is a great deal!! You can have dinner, more drinks...dessert...make of night of it!!

It's really a simple process. If you want to come see MiG at the 3rd Coast Cafe...just call!! Seats are filling up quickly. Yay!!!

CLEVELAND GET ROCKIN’!!!!

Just one more week until show time and we have more GREAT NEWS!!!
The Hard Rock Café is dropping their ticket prices for MiG fans!!!!

The venue is going all out for this gig and is moving things around to make room to accommodate as many people as possible but the room is already filling up ~ according to the Hard Rock ~ pretty fast. Don’t be the one who is turned away at the door because it’s a sell out show!

You can now secure your tickets in a number of ways:

1) Buy your ticket at the door on the day of sale ~ assuming there’s still room.

2) Advance ticket reservation. To secure your entry, contact [e-mail] . You will pay $10 pp for your tickets when you get to the Hard Rock Café the day of the show. Just let us know who you are and how many tickets you need.

3) Pre-order. You can pre-order you tickets directly with the Hard Rock with your credit card. Simply fill out the Order Form , copy/paste it into Word and email to [e-mail] or fax a hard copy to the Hard Rock Café at 216-830-0093. All you’ll have to do is show up and give them your name at the door. It’s that easy! Upon processing your payment, The Hard Rock will drop the price of your tickets from $10 to $8 each! This can really add up when you bringing all your friends with you to the show!

Extra bonus! For those of you who join us for dinner at the HR, your parking will be validated for a discount when parking at Tower City Parking Garage (across the street)

This tour is picking up steam and word is getting out that this is THE gig to catch so get your tickets before they sell out!!! It’s going to be a blast! Hope to see you all there!

It's nearly official....as long as Bailey (the kitty cat) doesn't get sick again, I'm headed to Atlanta on Sunday to hear MiG Monday night at the Hard Rock Cafe. What a nice birthday present for me.

I'm coming home Tuesday and hopefully will have lots of photos. My friends John and Michael are going with me, so I'll have someone to "man" the camera.

I can't wait!
