I had to google the show...as soon as I saw the name "Beef" I remembered "Phantom of the Paradise"...I think Gary Glitter played that role in the film.
Ironically, since the show also featured music from "Hedwig & The Angry Inch"...I almost would have liked to have seen what MiG would have done with Hedwig (which I'm sure is who Donavon Leitch was playing)...maybe we can at another date.

I hope everyone here orders/buys the CD. I just now ordered mine from Amazon.
The MiG fans have been so good to us in supporting Marty Casey and Lovehammers by buying the cd's and promoting the band. So now it is our turn to return the favors.

Hi Rachel, You can go to MiG's official site www.mig-music.com and it will stream snippets from all the songs on the CD. Angie happens to be hauntingly beautiful. I had high expectations for this CD and it's far exceeded them. It's GOLD!! Thank you all so much for your support of MiG!!!  |

I was in the grocery store today and could swear that I heard "She Loved" by Mig blaring from the "muzak" sound system that they use through their PA system.  (note to self - Search for Muzak type companies that provide music for stores and send them a LH cd ) |

I have listened to the CD twice now. I love MiG's singing voice. I like the fact that you can clearly hear him singing and his voice isn't drowned out by instruments. I actually like all the songs on the CD. I of course like the two songs he sang on Rockstar,"Baby I Love Your Way" and Kiss From a Rose." One song that I really like him singing but didn't make it on the CD is "Day After Day" by Badfinger. |

Some I like better than others....of course that's to be expected but my fav right now other than the originals is Who Wants To Live Forever........just something 'grande' about that one!
Interesting that you should point that out dusty.....despite the huge orchestra behind him, he's not competing --- awesome for a 'concept' album!
