I wonder if sending Ellen and Jay and Megan and Craig and even Oprah copies of the new DVD might sell them? Or tickets to a show in their area? Someone has to give them a TV break. They have been paying dues for more than a decade. It seems like the RS producers aren't as good as Simon Cowell and 19 productions at getting their artists out there. I know I whine too much, it just isn't fair

Hey is is possible to send the link to this new vamped website to all these shows? Or maybe Tickets to a LH's event in LA to Ellen or Jimmy Kimmel, and Oprah when LH's are in Chicago? Just a thought. I sent Rosie O'Donnel a heads up about the website, she has alot of pull on The View. I hope she can make it happen there.

Dear Nancy, Been there done that! If I write anymore to some of these shows I will be blocked for harassment probably. Many of us have written tons already since Rockstar and it isn't working is my point. Every creative pleas I could think of is depleted on this end. Any new ideas? There must be something we aren't thinking of Jilly

Just sent Dave, Craig, Jimmy, Oprah messages...along this line... "All the Hammerheads are quite distressed. No matter what we do, we can't seem to get our favorite band, Marty Casey & The Lovehammers, on TV.
You might remember that Marty was the runner-up to J.D. Fortune on Rockstar: INXS. He and his bandmates have been paying their dues in clubs, bars, and at festivals for over a decade now. After Rockstar, the group signed with Epic Records. Earlier on, they were known as Swinging Lovehammers.
You can check out their official website at www.lovehammers.com to hear some of their music, or drop by Marty's official site - www.martycasey.org - to meet the Hammerheads and catch video clips, Marty's blog, and more.
Thanks for your time and consideration of this humble request, Jenn (aka Cheza at the .org)"I sent the CW a link to the band website and said I could easily see their songs being used in CW shows like Gilmore Girls, One Tree Hill (I think that's the most natural fit), Smallville, and Veronica Mars. We have to keep plugging away ladies...keep your chins up high!

Any new ideas? There must be something we aren't thinking of How many of us have morning shows that shoot large groups of people? Anyone? Anyone going to NY should try to get in the crowd shots outside Today or GMA, methinks. There's got to be some other avenues...I know we're a creative lot...so no matter how "out there" something seems...say it!

OOOOOHHHHHH....What about anyone who goes to a big sporting event where signs are allowed making a sign that supports their team, but incorporates something LH in some way?

And be sure to add the name of the network airing the event... better chance of the sign actually showing up on the broadcast. [/IMG] There are so many football Bowl games going on right now... if I were going, I'd make a sign. A Dream Come True B eing at the Orange Bowl C Marty Casey and Lovehammers! ;D ;D ;D or something silly like that.

I second GE's comment about incorporating the station/broadcaster's letters...it definitely will help the chances of being filmed.
It might also be a good idea to get some of the tattoos from the ST store and wear them to various events...even sporting ones...someone's bound to ask "What does that stand for?"...especially if it's obviously not something related to either of the team's playing!

Just keep trying. I had problems with the site before and it doesn't always work the first time. Has anyone tried the Tyra Banks show? She is new to t.v. land and might be eager to try some new hot music on her show!!!

Oh Feather, I agree. I watch some of those shows and just shake my head!! I guess those people have their fans too, BUT it just seems like the Lovehammers would be so much better. It is very frustrating that they have not been on any of the national shows.
