Dreams starring Marty?

Ok, this is just nuts.

You mean to tell me that in [glow=red,2,300]eight months[/glow] no one has had a dream starring Marty?



What is up with that?

We need some dreamin' and some sharin' around here.

Ok ..... I had this one some time ago . Anyway , I was in an old abandond farm house and I started hearing howling . I ran outside and had werewolves chasing me into the woods . All of a sudden Marty comes swinging towards me like tarzan , dressed in a space suit , and swoops me up into the trees ( no pun intended ) . Next thing I know we're walking in the desert on snow shoes , eating ice cream cones and singing Bohemian Rhapsody ! Dino and Angus ( ACDC ) come riding up to us on camels , air guitaring, sound included , and dressed as drag queens , offer us a lift to the mud pit for a wrestling match ! And of course , the alarm went off .

GP... thanks for bringing this thread back. Sad to say, but I haven't had any Marty dreams lately. I don't think I ever posted my Marty dreams here. Fancy that.

Here's a dream I had about Marty on January 1, 2008.

Lhers are playing at a club in Toronto. I’m there with my sister. I’d finally convinced her to come to see Lhers and I promised her she’d get to meet Marty.

There wasn’t a big crowd and I was disappointed. I don’t remember much about the band playing. Marty motions for me to come on up on the stage once the show is over. I tell my sister to wait a minute. Marty walks over and meets me at the stairs to the stage. It was private. He gives me a big hug and a beaming smile and says he’s really glad to see me. I start to mention my sister and he says ‘Shhhhhhh’ and kisses me on my right cheek. I look up at him and I’m just frozen there. He leans forward and kisses me on the left cheek. Then on the right cheek again and then he hugs me for a few seconds.

The next thing I remember is calling my sister to the stage. I introduce her to the band and then she starts talking to Marty. She’s flirting like crazy. She didn’t see me over in the private area and I didn’t have a chance to tell her what happened. She’s flirting, but she already has a boyfriend. So I’m fuming!! Marty is all caught up in what she’s saying and the rest of the band starts to leave. I wait at the bar and she walks out with Marty, ignoring me. Arrrrggghhhhh!!!

Then we’re back in the bar and all the lights are on. Everybody is having a beer and my sister is still talking Marty’s ear off. He’s now looking only semi-interested. I’m sitting on a bench by myself. Marty happens to look over and sees me. He waves his arm to say ‘get over here’. I go over to them and he excuses himself from talking to my sister. Marty and I walk away together.

The end. (Sorry, sis - I luv ya but you just couldn't have Marty in my dream, okay?)

A few months ago, the morning after I found out the NZ tour was happening, I woke up and thought "well, f**k that! If I'm going to have a dream about Marty he could at least *actually* come to NZ, rather than me just reading about it!" I didn't believe for a second it was actually true until I went on the computer a few hours later and everything was still posted.

So he goes over to the one tree in the yard and starts tearing off the bark, "It was here" he said, and went inside to write it down for me.
While this is going on, My frind christine, comes walking down the sidewalk, with her huge winter jacket on? and its sunny, but she walks over, and says hi to the guys , and has her back to the house, And marty comes outside, with a black piece of fabric, and what does he do?...
Im seriosly not evil, but my dreams are strange!
He puts the cape thing, over christines face, and tries to smother her?? why??
but she pulled free and just started laughing histerically!, and joins our game, then all these other people started coming up to us, ( not normal ppl eithier, fire men, gangsters, and working mexicans??) and they all wanted to play kickball, so marty and i were on a team, and we were sorting our players, when my mom drove up, and told me it was time to go, so I got a group hug from all the guys then ran over to the car, and got in, as everyone waved goodbye!


I woke up and had to write it down, it was so outrageous, and then i laughed forlike 20 minutes,later

OK, mine is not as weird as the one in the post above, but here it is anyway:

Last night I dreamt that some fangirls and I went up to the snow and rented a house for a weekend getaway. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that Marty lived in the house next door. We were even more surprised to learn that he had a twin brother named "Larry," who lived in the house with him. (Why his name was "Larry," I have no idea.) Anyway, what was even stranger is that Marty wouldn't speak to us, only Larry would. The details are hazy, but I remember Larry sitting on a large snowmobile. We were all going to get on and go snowmobiling and play in the snow. I don't remember if we did or not.

Anyway that's the gist of my dream. Strange....

Confirms the evil twin brother theory, just did not know his name was Marty and the good twin was Larry.

Hi all. I started laughing when i woke up...am i going to post this?? um..YES!

I am in a foriegn place- like mexico and and i am wondering why i am there when all of a sudden i am with a group and we hear Marty is there to shoot a video on top of a building - so we go over there and we see marty and he is surprised to see us and he asks "you guys want to come up and watch?" uh....YES! so we follow him to the external metal stairs and some of us make it up- but others, like me!- are stuck back on the ground helping someone find their shoes.lol Then all of a sudden there is a gun fight. a shoot out of sorts. all the marty fans were like " oh my, what is happening?" but the locals say " oh, no worries, ebery ting(that is my mexican accent) will be ok. So we are happy with that reasoning and turn to look up at the building again, waiting for a glimpse. LOL. Marty finishes and says "hey where were you? We are playing tonight, come to the show" (and by the way- his hair was long and kinda wavy- i woke up thinking of Duff McKagan LOL)We agree to see the show (duh)and get to the place and we are all now in Chicago. (yay)
LH plays and now i can see the whole band and after the show i tell Dino that he looks like Al Pacino.( becausce i had just watched Author! Author! that day and kept thinking "man , young Pacino looks like Dino!") he was not impressed- and just half smiled. LOL
I woke up laughing.
