I liked the story about Dino and Bobby buying the Van Halen album and having to share and going with their mom to buy new shoes and their mom saying "how can they have that kid on the front smoking a cigarette?!" And one of the bros or billy saying it sounded better in greek or something. That was better than the sex stories to me.

Guys, I really am sorry this ended up as it did. When I was informed of this ahead of time, I took the info on face value but should have realized it was independent Internet radio and anything goes. I apologize if anyone was offended, and it looked like we endorsed it by posting info on it on the site and in the newsletter ahead of time. I didn't hear all of the show because it kept dropping out here and then buffering.....but from what I can tell, it was a bit TMI for the site, if you know what I mean. Probably better left unposted on the site, but if someone emails me wanting to hear it, I can refer them to the stations site for the podcast. Cindy don't even apologize! You put the information out there but it's up to us to stream it or not...besides I think the description did say no hold barred etc...And the name "Fearless Radio" should have been another hint to us Keep up the great work

Cindy, I was glad to hear about it. I was disappointed, but you know I'm a fan. (In case that wasn't clear) I appreciate that you actually can get information faster here (like about interviews) then you can from say the actual band. I got an update from the LH's today and I had heard all the stuff a couple days ago from here.
We all can judge this stuff for ourselves. I turned it off. I'm disappointed in the interview, but not in the site. It was fun discussing how disappointing it was.

It's totally not your fault in any way, shape, or form, Cindy. No one could have known it was going to be like that. Don't worry about it!

Cindy-
Absolutely not your or the site's fault. I appreciate all opportunities to hear about the band and when it isn't my cup o' tea so to speak--I can easily turn it off. No need for Martycasey.org to take responsibility for Fearless radio's content. Thanks for being the pipeline of information for all of us.

Cindy - FIRST, no need to apologize. I'm sure everyone has their own OFF buttons to push if necessary. Second - C'mon people. This was an interview on NO-FCC independent radio and if you read any of the advertisements on the site, you'd know you were in for the Lovehammer full monty. These boys aren't choir boys? So what? They're boys and they were having some fun and doing what most boys do when put in a group together. Plus, it was billed as a NO HOLDS BARRED type of interview. It was pretty obvious that they weren't going to be interviewed about Bible Studies. ;D I think we're all taking this just a little too seriously. With all the violence in this world and on our TV's, movie screeens, etc., what's the harm in a little "real talk" from a bunch of guys who are on the brink of stardom? They're having a good time and they probably want us to have a good time, too. They weren't trying to offend anyone. Don't let a little naughty fun ruin your night. Just turn it off next time if it doesn't fit with your world. Their music is still there for you even if you don't want to hear them just being boys.

Most people here are married with children and had to make sure their kids were in BED constantly so they wouldnt be exposed to this sort of "trash talk", I am not a saint by anymean but there is a TIME and a PLACE in my opinion.... Those Female djs are NASTY. The "F" word I can handle but to hear the girls talk like "one of the guys" made my stomach hurt..........

I like your post, cupomahtee. I tend to agree. First, Cindy most definitely need not apologize. Second, from reading the description of Love Bytes, this interview is pretty much exactly what I thought it would be. I think the description says "down and dirty" and mentions learning more than you even wanted to know about them. LOL. Shocking? Yes, some of it was a bit jarring. But I think Love Bytes was pretty clear about what the content was going to be. It certainly wasn't intended for children and I think that was obvious from the description. It was naughty talk and if it's not your cup of tea, or not appropriate for your household, it's best to turn it off. Did I need to know all of that about each of them? Not so much. Was some of it funny to me anyway? Yes. That's just my sense of humor.

how confusing. Marty there? Marty not there? Lots of x-rated stuff too. That's always been part of rock 'n roll. I don't know why. I didn't get to view the PJ show but obviously it's okay cuz a lot of people didn't get a good look and others were just shocked.

If it made your stomach hurt all you had to do was turn it off.....people have different taste for things...the fact that it was no FCC radio should have given you a clue...this is why Howard Stern is now on satalite radio...The fact that Marty was not there I think was a good thing I dont think it would have good for his image... I think within the first five minutes we all knew this interview was going no where but in the gutter....some of us made the choice to listen some of us didnt........cant bash the radio station or martycasey.org for a choice we made.

No need to apologize Cindy. We were all very glad to know about the interview. Being glad to actually HEAR the interview is another thing.... I just hope they don't lose any fans because of that. I know many of us are working hard to promote them and build their fan base. I just wonder if doing this interview was the best decision for them. I also tend to think that Marty was not "busy" but, rather, chose not to participate, which I believe was a very good choice on his part. Disappointed, but still a hammerhead!

I agree that it is not Marty Casey.org's responsibility what goes on in an interview done by anyone but themself. We depend on MC.org to keep us informed about what is going on with Marty and the guys. I always want to know if there is an opportunity to here something about the guys, here from the guys, or see the guys. The statement I seemed to have heard most was disappointed. Not offended. Although many including myself, felt it was just too trashy, most of us know rock and roll is not all Candy but some of that interview was just over the top. I did think it was pretty cool that most everyone here had pretty much the same reaction. It would have been nice have heard more about things going on with the guys besides their XXXual stuff but...as for me I am just pleased Marty wasn't there. I think more of him than that. Now I'm movin on. Can't wait for the marathon weekend. Sharon

Questions about sex don’t bother me, but a whole interview with only those questions was quite boring. The name of the show and radio station should have tipped me off to the content of the show though.
The sex questions weren't even good or interesting questions. It was all rather juvenile IMO. I guess they are sort of a Loveline/Howard Stern hybrid, but it all came across as a 13 yr old trying to be cool and edgy and felling miserably.

As said before Cindy, you do not need to apologize. You had no way of knowing what would happen as most of us did. Please don't feel guilty about it. It's just another case of live and learn. Times like these, you want to say, Thank goodness for the FCC.

I wasn't offended by the content, I just thought it was extremely LAME. They had opportunity on a silver platter to ask relevant, intelligent questions and what did they choose to ask? 'Nuff said. No wonder they're on the Internet instead of real radio.

I listened to the radio interview last night. It wasn't that bad. For those of you who are worried that it is going to diminish their fan base. Need not worry. The interview and content was obviously tailored to immature 16-25 year old males. If anything.... that is the fan base they need to tap. They already have the 28 + year old housewives from Rockstar. Myself being one of them.... If they aren't pissing off people's mom's what normal teenage boy is going to want to listen? What do you guys think young males talk about?
After all they are a ROCKBAND!
