I was thrilled that Ed liked it. I enjoyed Marty's performance, but the one that got me watching week after week, and sucked me into Martyland was "Mr. Brightside" I watched it and told me husband "This guy is a star"

Oh Bern, I feel for you. What I worry about is that MCLH will sign to open for a band that is already sold out! We were lucky that we knew in advance that they would be opening for INXS, even if it turned out to only be for part of the tour.

I know. I am surprised there hasn't been any talk of a small club tour or anything. It's hard for me to get into the city (i'm on the Island) hopefully they will find there way here!

Even though this thread has gotten a little side-tracked, I also wanted to put in my two cents. "I Alone" and "Wish You Were Here" were probably my favorite Marty cover performances from the whole show. I've been re-watching the whole series, and it was my daughter who spotted Bobby and Jeremy in the audience the night Marty sang "I Alone". Anyone else see them? What a night for them to have been there!! Awesome performance by Marty!

I saw Bobby just to B Burke's right as she introduces Marty. Did not see Jeremy. Will have to look for him.
