THANKS for the SUPERB pics!!! Windy City is the perfect descriptive word for Chicago. LOL....sorry...at first, I couldn't comprehend the words written there, too focused on the pics ....but I do love the details about Chicago!

Chicagoans...
Question: in the shots that show the river/lake, is that long thing that juts out and up into the lake, Navy Pier? I can't really tell but I think the photographer mentioned that it was.

Yep, that's Navy Pier. You can see the big ferris wheel really well in the pic you have up as a banner on that page.

Cant wait to see the city in Oct. It looks like a beautiful place. Is Chicago a clean city? If anyone has been to NY, you'll know what I mean.

Chicago is a very big city, complete with everything you'd expect. It has some of the finest architecture in the country, great museums ... and of course, the best kick-ass music on the planet!
