Blackmaker (band and friends of LH)

If you went to Metro show or show at Joe's, then you probably saw Blackmaker open for LH. They are friends of LH and have opened for them in the past as well. So, here is something we can do to throw some support their way:

Here are 10% off coupons to be used at Virgin Megastores. Each one used (to buy any CD or whatnot at a VMS, including Marty Casey and Lovehammers CDs . is a vote to get Blackmaker on the Virgin Mega Tour.

The tour consists of over 20 dates at College campuses all across the US.

In order for Blackmaker to appear on the tour, fans of Blackmaker, and their friends and family must download official 10% off coupons for Virgin Megastores and make purchases at the Virgin Megastores. Blackmaker has their own coupons(downloadable here) which include a special UPC code for Blackmaker. Every purchase using this special Blackmaker coupon counts as 1 vote for the band. The band with the most votes wins a spot on the tour. There are no limits to the number of purchases that someone can make. Send the coupon to everyone you know!

Post it at every blog/message board you can!

I wish I could participate. Blackmaker are great -- they put on one helluva show at Joe's to open for LH and were all fantastic guys. (there must be somethin' in the water in chicago.)

I got to see the Blackmaker band with chk in Chicago at Joes and had to pick up their CD Staggering to the Surface . It is one of my favorites right now. If you can't participate in the Virgin store coupon sales, you can also download it on iTunes in the U.S.
