Not exactly a diary post...but...  Posted by Bobby at lh.com on 8/31: OK, first of all, I'd be writing this as a diary entry, but I forgot my damn password!! Here we go. Back in Chicago after a month long run, and what a run it was. I'd like to thank all of you for coming out and supporting our band. The amount of people who came out, especially on school nights, was !#$%#@#$@#$$. Nothing better than seeing people rock out on a Monday night. For those of you who fed us, clothed us, gave us other gifts and packages, all I can say is, you're AWESOME! Home cooked meals on the road, desserts, drinks - are you kidding me??? Holy sh*t, I can't believe it. I was recently made aware that many of you also contributed some gifts as a result of our money being stolen. I don't know the specifics, but for those who donated, you are saints. We are truly honored that so many people believe in what us four goofballs are doing. Street teamers spending their own money and time spreading the word about our band, have mercy!! I can't say it enough, but thank you all, we appreciate it more than you know. Special thanks to Dan and Randy who busted their asses for us, with little reward. They basically handled everything: driving, setting up, tearing down, babysitting, wiping our ass (thanks for the gentle touch) and listening to us complain. Well, at least the other three complain. NOT ME!!.............HAHA Next up - More touring in a city near you. This Saturday's show happens to fall on my birthday, so I plan on getting nice and liquored - before, during and after the show. Who's in?? OK my little maniacs, I'll have more specific stories from the road when I remember my stinkin' password and can put it in my diary. Until then, Bobby |

OMG! What a great diary entry! Cameron, RB and Doc - how awesome to be personally mentioned! Cheers to all of you!  He mentioned me too right? I'm a mod on a message board. ;D Just love that guy!  Oh, I guess he mentioned me too.  lol That was a cool diary entry. You know, Marty's hanging upside down fetish really worries me sometimes, but I bet that's what got them on the cover. How many other bands played that gig, but didn't get a front page pic? Hey girls, If I may provide a bit of even more shocking insight (just found the thread tonight)...I may be mistaken, but I was working at a paper here in Arkansas when Memphis in May rolled around...I think press photographers are the only ones allowed to shoot the shows and THEN they can only shoot the first two or three numbers...so the fact Marty ended up on the front page is QUITE IMPRESSIVE.
