I had a Bobby sandwich...does that count as an 'encounter'? LOL Of course, I was freaked out by being that close to him and was getting absolutely smooshed by others right into his chest and ??...I am a little short so use your imagination...and jumped up on a booth nearby. He asked "Are you o.k?" kinda like "Have you lost your mind?" LOL Of course I had lost my mind!!!! LOL My god!
Lost my camera in the whole process but my hero's Penny and D found it and returned it to me. Love ya guys!!!!

I have a brief encounter from Vegas - nothing like Docs ;D, but it was fun for me.
Bobby showed up at Center Bar after the concert and a friend of his (don't know his name) was trying to get some drinks. The bartenders were ignoring them, and they were getting frustrated.
So, I walked a few steps over and got another bartender to take my order and got a beer for Bobby too.
I took it over to him and said he looked he like needed a beer. He said, Yah - Cool. (Did I mention he's a man of few words)
Then I asked for a pic with him (I had to complete my set for the night) and that was it.
I told you it was brief - but it was Bobby and he was sooo cute.

Okay, so the first time I saw Bobby up close he had no shirt on and he was sweating (just after the viper). So, what did I do? I reached out and grabbed his bicep. Just like that. What a tool I am.
Later on, of course, I told him I was from Florida, again. Sigh... I must have told him my name because he autographed a picture to me (and even spelled my name correctly which is not so easy-he's so smart!) although I have no memory of it. He's a cutie. And he likes corona with lime.

i must have caught Bobby on a good night. it amazes me how often he is described as shy, of few words or quiet. he was anything but when we met him.... I would have gone with freakin gorgeous, funny, easy to talk to, and freakin gorgeous. something like that. and he does like corona. |
