Billy Game #3: Picture This, Birthday Boy!

Since most likely (and hopefully) Billy is off celebrating his birthday in rockstar style, we're going to have to Photoshop him into our party celebrations. So, here's the game.

Post pics of Billy that have birthday elements like presents, party hats, balloons, and party favors added to them.

Let's see how creative we can get.
