I am gathering contributions for a birthday gift for our wonderful Mr. Marty Casey. Anyone who wants to give may contribute - and every little bit counts! Please give $100 or $5 or $1....whatever you'd like. We are going to get Marty a gift certificate for him to continue being the stylish rocker that he is and always having the latest trendy clothes. We always want our rocker looking good and feeling good! The gift certificate will be from Barneys Co-op. They have about 10 stores nationwide, including a few in NY. I am sure Marty has shopped there before. Also, they sell Converse, vintage and rocker-type t-shirts, in addition to dressier clothing. Everything is high end and hip. I don't yet know a deadline. I believe I'll be giving him a "belated" birthday gift and hand him the gift certificate when we meet for Hammerjam. That will give folks plenty of time to donate AND Marty won't be expecting it!
