mmmm...interesting...no word on whether I'll actually go see it though. Personally I was never overtly thrilled with some of the casting.

Some more pics have been released. These are high res. www.hpana-media.com/2006/OotP/HiRes.htmlWe see a pic of the DA. Ginny's the only girl in the pic wearing pants. At first I thought she was just a long-haired boy! eta: And, Harry's hair is too short!!!

Can't wait to see this - love all the books & have enjoyed the films so far - shame they always have to cut so much out though.

I agree, dawn. My husband doesn't read the books like I do, but he follows the movies. It sucks because he's missing out on SO much, especially with Goblet of Fire. Man.
Harry doesn't look as adorable with that short hair.

Any ideas when this is out? They're usually around Christmas time over here, I've assumed they'll be released in the US first?

www.veritaserum.com is an amazing site, they've got some video footage up now, and the release date (U.S.) I beleive is July 13th... I'm rather psyched, I'm currently re-reading the 5th book so that I can stay up to date on what's going on in the book. Chanvre, I agree 100% on missing out when not reading the books, It kind of bugs me that they don't put EVERYTHING in the movies, but I know that that would basically be impossible, or at least one long movie!! But I do love what they do end up putting in the movie's and I'm going to be one of the first ones to order my ticket to see it the day it comes out!

Oh and a few other ramblings I forgot to add, I agree that Harry's hair is too short, I was just kinda thinking "noo where did it go???" - and another thing, I definitely imagined Professor Umbridge way different than she apears in the movie, especially from the description using the words "toadlike" etc.

Thanks for that christinemarie, if I get chance, I'll check out that website. Yeah, I know what you mean about Professor Umbridge, that's kind of the same as I felt about Hermonie, the book description is so much different to the film, but then I guess producers know what they're doing.
