I listened to my brothers music. Ac/DC, Zep, Hendrix, Doors, Alice Cooper, Robert Palmer, Michael Jackson, Douggie Frest, Janis, EWF, Sammy Hagar (Montrose).
Why, because of proximity. My ears were approximately 10 feet from the speakers at all times. I thought my brothers and sisters were so cool and I wanted to grow up and be just like them. So, I listened to their music and even jumped in the backseat of their cars in my PJ's so I could go to their high school parties. I got alot of attention when I walked into those parties at the surprise of my bro's and sisters. I liked that attention of standing on top of the pinball machine and being surrounded by all the cute high school girls that thought I was so cute. Being 9 years old this has a lasting effect. I still want to be surrounded by the cute girls.
