Dear Mr. Casey, For me music has the ability to change the tempo of my mind. Send me soaring, fully charged. When need be my audible sleeping pill. When your thoughts become a whirl of thunder and strong riptides, is music your life raft? Is there a song, or album or maybe a distinct voice that you reach out to on a restless night? Anything that calms your mental sea?
Sincerely,
C.

If you wanna go on a musical mid trip then download "Track 4" by Sigur Ros. They sing in a made-up language and it will absolutly set you drifting on an surreal plane that cascades through canyons of sharp ice. Lay down in the daylight, close your eyes and the world around you will turn pure white like a snowdrift. It's beautiful!
