Marty, One of your recent blogs touched on your experiences in the world of commercial appraising. I have worked on the brokerage side, and it made me wonder, what brought you to that career path in the first place? Oh, and if you've never been to Holland I suggest you add that to your list of places to see. My in-laws live there and the Dutch are such fabulously fun people, I think you'd love it. Amsterdam is crazy. Great clubs, art, culture and of course the red light district. You'd be amazed how much fun one can have with a case of Heineken and some wooden shoes. Hugs, Kirsten

I have a degree in Business Finance and had some Real Estate classes. My brother-in-law picked up a job guide and I happened to look thru it. One part of the job description was perfect: no set hours. I needed flexibility for gigs and touring so I set my sights on getting that job.
The man that employed me is no one of my best friends. We no longer appraise together, we jam songs on our acoustic guitars when we hang out now. Life is good...
Been to Holland. Love it. Me and Dan are trying to get the band to go out there and hang for a week . We'll see!
