Thank you so much for including I See Stars on the new site, I've been waiting a very long time to hear the entire song and I absolutely LOVE it. I remember you talked about writing it almost two years ago while you were in New York and was wondering when and where it was recorded, and if what we're hearing now is what you envisioned when you started writing it.

That song just come in a flash. I wrote it with Jeff Trott who is a part of Sheryl Crow's Tuesday Night Music Club. He wrote alot of her big hits. We worked really well together. It was new for me to write to a keyboard piece of music. I never did that before and I liked the result. It's a moody piece and it feels like riding down a deserted highway at sunset with no way to turn around and head back and not knowing what the future holds in the distance and feeling nervous about that. I was in a scary place at that particular time. I didn't know what I wanted anymore and I felt like I was on a one way road to the heart of darkness.
