I'll keep this brief. I watched INXS and was impressed with you after your first performance. Never missed an episode after that. Purchased your CD when it came out and fell in love with the songs. Made a playlist of only your stuff on my i-pod.
I found out I had to have brain surgery the Day before Thanksgiving for a vascular malformation that had already bled twice. On the day of my surgery they let me have my i-pod right up until they took me away from my family into the OR. Yours was the playlist I chose to listen to because your voice always calms me.
After I went back to work after surgery, this girl came into the shop I work at to get here nails done. She had this LH tattoo on her wrist and ended up talking about the Lovehammers the whole time I worked on her. I had no idea what happened to you after the INXS show. She told me that you're usually around the Chicago area, and she travels there frequently for you shows, but she has also caught you in Pittsburgh and Ohio.
So guess what???!!! I am coming to hammerfest in March with her, maybe I'll get to thank you in person for helping me through the scariest time of my life yet. I would love to get some pictures with you like everyone seems to have on their posts.
